All services and packages are offered on a 'fully managed' basis which means we take care of all the design, development, administration, maintenance and support for the duration of your contract. No technical knowledge required! All contracts are on a 12-month basis. Additional services may be added at any time with one month's notice, though in most cases we deliver sooner.

Payment is taken in advance, payable monthly using an automated subscription service with the first payment due upon signing. Branding services are provided as a one-off purchase and are not subject to the ongoing contract terms. We are not VAT registered, so the prices shown are the total prices you will pay.

You may also cancel your contract with one month's notice. Please note that cancellations are subject to a fee equivalent to three months of service. If fewer than three months remain on the contract, the cancellation fee will be adjusted accordingly based on the remaining term. All company created property (Website, Arti, phone numbers etc) will also be deleted.

This site, the branding, Arti Voice, Arti Chat, Booking etc are an example of our 'Integrated Office' package which is fully integrated with our Facebook and Instagram channels.
