Everything Automated was born from the frustration of starting a small business, and in the age of AI the belief that technology should work for you, not against you.

Founder Ian Smith created the platform after helping a friend who runs a small local business setup a new website and social media channel. He quickly discovered that running a small business often meant spending more time on the business than supporting his customers. Trying to juggle customer queries, booking appointments, responding to messages, managing a website, a phone system, email, SMS messaging, social media channels etc. all while figuring out how to look professional was clearly overwhelming, disjointed, and inefficient. Nothing was integrated and everything was manual. He learn't that getting everything right also left little time for his friend to focus on what really mattered: Supporting their customers and delivering a great service.

With a background in technology and a passion for problem-solving, Ian decided to build a better way. Combining smart automation, intuitive tools and AI, the Everything Automated platform was born. It's been designed to give small businesses the kind of support and polish that used to require a team, without the cost or complexity.

VoIP gives you a dedicated national, local or mobile business number (or all 3), call routing based on your hours, voicemail (if Arti isn’t needed), and in top tiers, a menu system to guide callers to the right place - Click 1 for sales, 2 for support etc.

🌐 Websites – Design, Hosting, Integration, Messaging and Chat:

From your first online presence to a fully integrated, lead-generating hub, our websites are fast, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimised. Every site includes hosting, a contact form, and domain support. You can also add appointment booking, Arti Live, SMS, Email or social media chat. Each website is designed and hosted in house.
